[NSW] Zoe Pyo – Voyager Estate

Zoe was born and raised in South Korea, beginning her wine journey after moving to Adelaide. Pursuing her wine studies, Zoe moved to Bordeaux, where she completed the prestigious Conseiller en Sommellerie program.

Following her time in France, Zoe’s career took her to Sydney, where she worked at fine dining giant Quay for almost 5 years. This led to an Assistant Head Sommelier role at Pendolino, for which Zoe attributes deepening her Italian wine knowledge. Whilst at Pendloino, Zoe gained valuable experience in importing wines from Italy. After passing the Advanced Court of Master Sommeliers exam, Zoe embarked upon the head sommelier position at Beau, a division of the Nomad Group, where she built upon her experience in wine management. 

Zoe has recently transitioned into a NSW Wine Ambassador role for Voyager Estate, marking an exciting new chapter in her wine career.
