For those working towards an internationally recognised qualification The Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) programs offer an excellent knowledge platform on which to base their working practice.
Some Sommeliers explore multiple platforms, others commit to a single school of thought, or prefer to learn and taste at their own pace—everyone’s path is unique.
Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) offer globally recognised qualifications, practical bootcamp-style training, and advocate for the sommelier’s role in the hospitality industry – plus the opportunity to network with like-minded peers from across the globe.
