[NSW] Hanna Brugnolli – The Collective
Brazilian born Hanna, relocated to Australia eight years ago after she successfully graduated in International Law. A deep curiosity for wine and culture, ultimately led Hanna to make a bold career shift as she transitioned into the hospitality industry.
Hanna spent six years working with the team at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, refining her palate and mastering the art of premium wine service. Today, Hanna leads the wine program as head sommelier at The Collective, a new fine dining project by The Rockpool Group. Hanna is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma, further advancing her commitment to wine education and excellence.
