Growing up on the coastal side of Haifa in Israel, Noah moved to New Zealand, where his hospitality journey started at Logan Brown Restaurant.

He then moved to Australia, where he joined Castagna in Victoria, where he worked in the vineyards, after which he became Head Sommelier at Ten Minutes by Tractor, where he was mentored to lead.

Noah joined the three-hatted restaurant, Amaru, in 2024, after having received his Advanced Sommelier pin by the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2023. He now works at Circl Wine House.
