Join TSA for an intimate two-hour tasting with Willy Pérez – one of the most captivating figures in wine – featuring rare and exceptional Sherries, accompanied by snacks at Bar Lourinhã.
Why is this so exciting?
Because Willy isn’t just producing some of the most beautiful Palomino whites in Spain – he’s also been quietly releasing a trove of extraordinary, tiny-production Sherries under his La Riva and BLP labels over the past eight years. Many are virtually impossible to find.
Scott has been collecting them, and with Willy in town, this is the perfect chance to open the cellar. Much of what you’ll taste on the night is unavailable for purchase, and in many cases, never to be repeated. For those ready to dive deeper, there will be a small selection available for purchase – bring your curiosity.
After the tasting, head downstairs to linger over a few more snacks and glasses at one of Melbourne’s favourite wine destinations.
