Enter Drink Now!, a wine series created exclusively for under-35’s and the next generation of drinkers and future Members of 67 Pall Mall. This is for those who see wine as something to enjoy, explore, and challenge—not just collect.
67 Pall Mall are bringing together the modern winemakers redefining the industry, the venues shaping Melbourne’s scene, and the people who will drive the future of wine culture and our Club. No outdated rules or pretence. Just great winemaking talent, great venues, and the best company to share a bottle with.
To kick things off, 67 Pall Mall are taking over the rooftop at Askal with Jayden Ong, a winemaker making serious waves in the Yarra Valley. He’ll be pouring wines from One Block, La Maison de Ong, and Moonlit Forest, proving that the future of wine isn’t coming, it’s already here, and it’s damn good.
Whether you know your Syrah from your Shiraz or just want a great midweek glass in a great spot, you’re invited. Wine appreciation, just like Members Club’s starts with access, and both are best shared.
