This session is shining a light on the small, passionate and quality driven community of cider makers from once of Europe’s most dynnamic cider centres – the Baltic Sea. Sample cider from Latvia, Estonia, and Finland, as they are brought to Australia for the first time.

These intimate sessions will feature 7 cider producers, focussing on their varieties, terroir, and cider making influences.
