[NSW] Wine Tasmania Sparkling Masterclass

Join renowned sommelier Kate Hibberson as she teams up with Wine Tasmania, for an intimate masterclass showcasing Tasmania’s finest sparkling wines. Following Kate’s return from Wine Tasmania’s National Trade Visitation Program in May, expect an afternoon of engaged insights and discussion, as you explore the nuances of the (delicious) wine grown on the Apple Isle.

Sparkling wine is Tassie’s ‘thing’ – expressed with an unmistakeable style, poise, and just a little bit of attitude. Grown in harsh conditions at the edge of the world, and crafted by the most talented and persistent wine folk, Tasmanian bubbles has taken up permanent residence in the line up of world fizz (alongside some of those other regions we can’t name). Methods to describe this little islands sparkling wines are as plentiful as its accolades but, put to it simply, it’s good. Very, very good.

Sip through 12 wines,  featuring iconic producers and exciting up-and-comers including Apogee, Arras, Bellebonne, Broad Arrow, Clover Hill, Freycinet Radenti, Gala, Henskens Rankin, Jansz, and Meadowbank.
