With over 15 years of hospitality experience, Bridget is on a mission to challenge the status quo, driven by her passion for the industry and commitment to social justice.

Bridget made her mark in the wine world as Head Sommelier at Sixpenny, where she played a key role in securing their highly coveted third hat. In 2020, she became a partner at Where’s Nick Wine Bar, where she earned the Sommelier’s Choice Award for the second time, won Australia’s Best Wine Bar List, and was named Sommelier of the Year by the Good Food Guide in 2023.

In 2021, Bridget co-founded Women and Revolution, a charity dedicated to advancing gender equity in the wine industry. The organization was recognized with the inaugural Cultural Change Champion Award by The Good Food Guide in 2024. Bridget also contributes to Sommelier’s Australia’s Diversity and Inclusion Working Group.

In addition to her leadership roles, Bridget is a sought-after restaurant and wine consultant and regularly serves as a wine judge at national wine shows.
