DESCRIPTION:Sommeliers Australia is hosting a unique tasting exploring the dynamic and exciting winegrowing regions of the Danube and Pannonian basin\, encompassing wine regions throughout Central Europe. \nFollowing the success of this masterclass held in Victoria\, thanks to Wiremu Andrews (Dearth of a Salesman) and Andrew Wyse (Cardwell Cellars)\, we are now able to repeat this event in Sydney. Join Ella Stening (Freelance Wine Professional) and Serena Carl (Endeavour Group) to taste and discuss wines from Austria\, Slovakia\, and Hungary in this session. \nTopics covered will include the history of wine in this part of the world\, the wealth of native grape varieties\, and discuss recent developments in all three countries\, and the significance of these wine producing regions in the contemporary global wine landscape. \nVenue to be confirmed at either Ezra or Teddy nearer the date (they are next-door to each other). \nSeats are limited – book early to avoid disappointment. \n  \nTO BOOK: \nBookings are essential.
