DESCRIPTION:In anticipation of Global Champagne Day on 18 October\, the Champagne Bureau is proud to present a series of interactive workshops with Sommeliers Australia to discuss the styles of Champagne that are growing in popularity in Australia. \nThe tastings will highlight key trends and technical details of 12 different cuvees of Champagne for Sommeliers Australia members and professionals working in the wine and hospitality industry. \nThe Champagne Bureau Australia represents the Houses\, growers and cooperatives of the Champagne region and is presenting these ateliers to look at emerging Champagne trends in the Australian market.
