DESCRIPTION:Cabernet Sauvignon is an integral part of Australia’s wine heritage\, successful both as a single varietal wine and as a dominant feature in classic blends. It is also now the most widely planted grape variety globally\, accounting for nearly 7% of the world’s vineyard area\, indicating the continuing popularity for these wines. \nJoin this global panel discussion to explore the rich heritage of Australian Cabernet Sauvignon and to place these wines in a global fine wine context through a live blind benchmarking exercise of top international comparisons hosted by Mark Davidson and Corinne Mui.
