Aligoté\, the ‘other white grape’ of Burgundy\, is steadily emerging from the shadow of its sibling. \nIn this masterclass\, hosted by Wiremu Andrews (Dearth of a Salesman) and Greg Lightfoot (Santé Wines)\, Sommeliers Australia will attempt to assemble every commercially available Australian Aligoté and taste them alongside a selection of Bourgogne Aligoté\, Bouzeron\, and more. \nSophie Darling\, winemaker at King Valley’s Darling Estate\, will join us to share her family’s story of how they propagated the largest vineyard holdings of Aligoté in Australia. \n\n\nNot to be missed – this is a rare masterclass\, and seats are limited.
