Never tasted mousiness? \nThen join us at this specialised 2 hour workshop as we examine wine faults commonly (mis)identified in a dining setting. \nHeld in collaboration with the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI)\, this workshop is open to Sommeliers Australia members and guests to attend.
